1. General Policy
Azula Construction Group Inc. does not process online payments through its website. All services are provided based on written agreements, estimates, or contracts issued after an on-site evaluation.
As such, this Refund Policy applies only to payments made under a signed agreement or invoice and not to website inquiries or estimate requests.
2. Estimates and Consultations
All estimates provided by Azula Construction Group Inc. are free of charge and non-binding.
No refunds apply to estimates, consultations, or site visits unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
3. Deposits
If a deposit is required for a project, the amount, payment schedule, and refund conditions will be clearly outlined in the written agreement or invoice.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

Deposits may be partially refundable only if work has not started and no materials have been purchased.
4. Project Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel a project:

Prior to the start of work, cancellation terms will be governed by the written agreement.

After work has commenced, the client will be responsible for payment of completed work, materials purchased, and any associated costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
5. Changes to Scope of Work
Any changes requested by the client after project commencement may affect pricing, timelines, and refund eligibility. All changes must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.
6. Dissatisfaction or Disputes
If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the work performed, they must notify Azula Construction Group Inc. in writing within a reasonable time to allow for inspection and resolution.
Refunds will not be issued in lieu of providing the opportunity to address or correct the work, where reasonable and applicable.
7. No Refunds for Completed Work
No refunds will be issued for work that has been completed in accordance with the agreed scope, specifications, and applicable building standards.
8. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the applicable laws of Canada.
